Lip Blush is a semi permanent procedure lasting 2-5 years. Lip Blush is used to enhance lip shape, symmetry, and color. When healed it gives off a natural sheer flush of color. A customized pigment based on client preference is applied to the lips to add definition and conceal any imperfections. After the service is complete your lips will look like normal lipstick and in some cases may be very swollen. Once healed they’ll have a subtle, natural lip tint.

Adding a gloss or balm to the lips when healed will make the Lip Blush Pop looking more pigmented. Lip Blush is the same pre-care/after care as any other Cosmetic Tattooing Procedure, but if you are prone to cold sores, Lip Tattooing can cause severe outbreaks. We recommend our clients to be honest with us about this and to take their prescribed anti-viral medication a few days before/after the procedure to prevent any cold sores. If you currently have any type of outbreak/abrasion on your lips we ask you reschedule your appointment.

What to expect:

• Moderate swelling for the first 48 hours

• Minimal scabbing or flaking of the skin

• Pigment lightening 50%-70% once the healing process is complete

• Uneven pigment throughout the lips during different stages of the healing process

• In some cases can take up to two sessions to achieve the level of saturation desired
